Terms of trade

In case of your interest in any of our bags, complete the order form. The order form will be sent to our email by clicking the button ORDER. As soon as your order is delivered, you will receive the order confirmation and details on delivery. The goods will be sent cash on delivery as commercial parcel via Ceska Posta Company. The delivery time is 7 working days. If the goods will not be collected by the customer, we will proceed as follows:

1- the customer will be notified by email about uncollected delivery.
2- if the re-sending of the goods is requested, the additional amount of the post fee will be charged to the customer.
3- If the goods is not collected again and the email notification is disregarded, the invoice will be issued and posted to the customer by registered mail. The invoice will cover the expended postage + order cancellation and manipulation fee CZK 100,- (this fee includes: storehouse manipulation and expended costs for registered mail). The invoice must be reimbursed within 14 days, in case of any delay of payment, the penalty of CZK 30,- will be charged for each commenced month of the delay.
If, for any reason, the goods cannot be delivered within the delivery time, the customer will be informed immediately.

In case the ordered goods is out of stock or defective, the vendor reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the order.

All the personal data are to be used solely for delivery reasons and will not be provided to any other subject.

Complaints

The vendor judges the kind of flaw and filing the claim to guaranty in accordance with the complaints code.

The guaranty does not apply to the damage caused by:
1- mechanical damage
2- ordinary wear and tear
3- inappropriate care
4- natural disasters (water, fire, lightning)

Documents necessary for submitting the complaints:
1- Copy of the receipt
2- Description of defect
3- Complete product

Where to place the complaint:
The customer must return the claimed goods in their own costs to the following address:

Boa design studio will comment on the complaint within 14 days at latest, since the claimed goods is received.

In case the goods under the guaranty has the provable defect, the customer can request the change for similar goods in the same price range, reparation of goods in the producer costs or return of the money (excluding postage and cash on delivery)
